TC Burrs

TC burrs are designed for machining more demanding materials such as stainless steel, cast iron and high-alloy steel. Use them for shaping, chamfering edges, finishing welds, enlarging holes or precise material removal where an HSS burr may not be a suitable choice.

When to choose a TC burr

Choose a TC burr for harder and more difficult-to-machine materials where you need a more durable tool than HSS. Select the shape according to the work: cylindrical burrs for flat surfaces and edges, ball or tree shapes for rounding, and cone or oval shapes for details and less accessible places.
