Available Countersink Sets

• Cross-hole countersink sets – They are especially suitable for metals such as steel, brass or aluminium. The cross-hole cutting edge ensures efficient chip removal and helps prevent overheating. Ideal for creating conical countersinks for countersunk screws or for deburring after drilling.
• Conical countersink sets – Universally suitable for metal, wood and plastic. The conical shape enables even, clean countersinking of holes in different sizes. They are also suitable for breaking sharp edges during assembly and production work.
• Countersink sets for wood – Used to prepare holes for countersunk screws in wood and wood-based materials. They help create a clean countersink so that the screw head seats better in the material and does not protrude above the surface.

Our sets are also available in cobalt-alloyed versions (HSS-Co) – for higher wear resistance and longer tool life when machining hard materials. We also offer sets with different cutting angles: 90° for standard countersinks for screw heads and 60° for technical adjustments or edge deburring.
