STEP-TIP DRILL BITS FOR METAL: LARGE DIAMETERS WITHOUT PRE-DRILLING
A drill bit with a stepped tip – StepTip – has been newly added to our assortment.
As the name suggests, this drill bit features a special stepped tip that allows gradual drilling without the need for pre-drilling. This enables you to handle larger diameters faster, more precisely, and with less effort.

- more secure clamping thanks to flats on the shank
Variants and sizes
We offer the drill bits in two versions:
HSS-G:
- split point from diameter 3.0 mm
- from 4.0 mm, three flats on the shank for better chuck grip
HSS-Co:
- split point already from diameter 2.0 mm
- from 4.0 mm, three flats on the shank for more secure clamping
Packing
HSS-G and HSS-Co:
- standard:
- up to 10.0 mm diameter – packs of 10 pcs
- from 10.1 mm – packs of 5 pcs
- selected best-selling sizes:
- also available in smaller packs (3–1 pcs depending on diameter)
