Step drills are used for drilling cylindrical holes, which edges are at the same time knocked down by the next step.

Drilling into material up to 6 mm thick.

Design:

• cobalt content 5%
• Titanium-Aluminum-Nitride (TiAlN) coated
• drilling diameters are clearly marked on the individual steps
• provided with a spiral groove and a deburring zone
• the spiral groove ensures better chip removal and faster and calmer drilling
• the deburring part is used to deburr the underside of the processed material
• the tip is equipped with a cross cut - punching and drilling is completely eliminated

Include diameters: 4-12 mm (at1 mm intervals) (4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12)
