Cobalt drill bits with reduced shank
We are adding cobalt drill bits with a reduced shank to our product range, expanding the possibilities of drilling larger diameters even when using standard tools.
Thanks to the modified shank, they can be easily clamped into drills and cordless screwdrivers with a standard 13 mm chuck. This means you can handle larger diameters without the need for special equipment.
Design:
- DIN 338, type N, right-hand cutting
- made of cobalt alloyed steel (5% Co)
- point angle 130°
- silver finish
- reduced (turned) shank for clamping in standard chuck
- shank diameter 13 mm
Suitable for drilling into:
- alloyed and non-alloyed steels
- cast iron and iron
- stainless steels (V2A, V4A)
- non-ferrous metals
Recommended for materials with strength up to 1200 N/mm².
